01 · Current product

Evidence before ambition

Discovery with availability truth

Public catalog and title pages separate discovery records from content that can actually be read or watched on Bibue.

Open catalog

A shelf that keeps its place

Signed-in readers can save titles, update progress, and return through Library and Progress instead of rebuilding context.

Title-linked community context

Profiles and discussions sit behind content utility so social activity supports discovery rather than obscuring it.

Open community

Private submission review

Studio and publisher intake record rights context and review state. Submission is not publication or legal approval.

02 · Mission

Make legitimate work easier to find and return to

Bibue's long-term mission is broader legal access across languages and regions while preserving creator and rights-holder control. The current product starts with trustworthy discovery, reader state, and an explicit path for demand and rights review.

03 · Operating principles

How the product makes trust visible

Reader utility first

Resume, release timing, franchise context, aliases, and legal availability come before promotional or social modules.

Rights state is explicit

Catalog presence never implies a license. Release, territory, language, reporting, and payment require an approved title and written terms.

Original work stays attributable

Original titles and source-language content remain visible. Dynamic translation is optional and cannot be represented as reviewed when it is not.

04 · External gates

What remains open

Working policies and product controls do not replace external legal completion. Bibue will not represent a publisher as onboarded or a title as approved until the required review and agreement are recorded.
