1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bibue at bibue.net, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. What Bibue Provides
Bibue provides catalog and discovery tools for anime, manga, manhwa, and manhua, plus approved hosted Originals and other rights-cleared content when available. Catalog metadata may come from third-party sources. Catalog-only titles are not automatically readable or watchable on Bibue.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for providing accurate information. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Bibue with parental or guardian permission where required by law.
4. Hosted Content and Uploads
Creators and authorized rights holders may submit works for private review. Uploads, rights documents, and related materials may be stored privately for review and are not public until Bibue publishes them. Submissions are subject to editorial, legal, and safety review. Bibue may approve, reject, request changes, delay, unpublish, or remove content for rights, safety, quality, or policy reasons.
5. License and Ownership
Subscription access, unlocks, or credits do not transfer ownership of copyrighted works. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access published content through Bibue according to the applicable plan or unlock. Creators and rights holders retain ownership of their works subject to the licenses they grant Bibue for hosting, review, promotion, and distribution.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to harass others; post illegal, infringing, or abusive content; attempt unauthorized access; scrape Bibue at scale; redistribute hosted files; or circumvent paywalls, DRM, rate limits, or review controls.
7. Payments and Payouts
Paid plans and unlocks are processed by Stripe. Refunds and cancellations follow the checkout and billing terms shown at purchase. Creator or publisher payouts, statements, and revenue-share figures are available only where explicitly enabled for an account or agreement. Marketing percentages are not a guarantee of payment unless confirmed in an active agreement.
8. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on Bibue infringes your copyright, follow the process on our Copyright / DMCA page or contact dmca@bibue.net.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or rights-holder requirements. You may delete your account through Settings, subject to legal retention needs.
10. Disclaimers
Bibue is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect catalog accuracy, or that every title will become readable or watchable on Bibue. Availability badges and CTAs are intended to reflect current product truth, not future licensing outcomes.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
