1. Respect for Rights Holders
Bibue hosts approved Originals and may host other rights-cleared works. Catalog discovery data does not mean Bibue has a license to distribute that title. If you believe material on Bibue infringes your copyright, use the copyright desk below.
2. Notice Contents
To help identify a claim, include your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the URL or specific location of the material, your authority to act, and the statements or signature required for the notice process that applies to you. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed to locate and assess the report.
3. Review Process
Bibue reviews reports submitted to the copyright desk and may restrict access to identified material while the report is assessed. A report does not guarantee removal, a particular response time, or a legal outcome.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe a restriction was made in error, contact the copyright desk with the affected location and the information needed to assess the request. Counter-notices are reviewed under the effective process and applicable law.
5. Repeat Reports
Bibue may restrict accounts or material when there are repeated infringement reports or misuse of the reporting process, subject to the effective policy and applicable requirements.
6. Designated Agent Status
Bibue's DMCA designated-agent registration is complete. Notices should be sent through the copyright desk so they enter the recorded review process.
7. Contact
Contact the copyright desk for notices and related requests. Related product policies are the Terms and Content Review Policy.
